• Planning work duties for 145 class 1 drivers with close working relationship with the Unions.
• Devised and implemented new delivery sheets computerising the system for efficient use by the drivers.
• Helped provide a safer workplace by cataloguing and dispatching health and safety information and posters for the whole company nationwide especially after major incidents to make operating areas safer for all visiting and home staff.
