Senior client / relationship manager on administrator side with a proven record of managing multinational clients, stabilising, developing, evolving accounts and relationships.

Share Plan Lead on issuer / in house side managing UK, Global and Discretionary share plans across all equity activity.

Prior to share plans world, I worked for one business, multiple roles in different business units as a client / project manager with a proven record of successful delivery of technical product launches, cost saving and business change projects.

Share Plans Lead

• Leadership of share plan administration across Discretionary, UK and global Employee Share Plan, live in eighteen countries, circa 27k eligible employees. 
• Delivery of successful event activity. 
• Management of relationship with share plan administrator supplier. 
• Interaction with external stake holders across tax and regulatory affairs. 
• Assessment & completion of share plan related tax filings. 
• Administration of mobile employee tax withholding requirements & reporting.

BSC Hons Degree: Hospitality & Food Science 

My degree was a Hospitality degree, where I opted to specialise in food science elements in order to move into Food product development as my initial career.
