My current role is a Warehouse supervisor and as well as completing my daily duties to a high level I have also developed and successfully rolled out H.R related projects to further improve the busines these include
Development and roll-out of a full day induction for new starters that includes.
Introduction to the senior management
Health and safety in the work place
Introduction to the Bonded warehouse
Training session for each roll in the warehouse.
As well as the above I have also created and rolled out Training programs for each job role in the warehouse and are currently working on a management training tool to develop staff towards bigger roles in the workplace.
I created the sickness tracker using the Bradford factor to record absences in the warehouse.
I'm also a certified Fire marshal and set up the Fire safety folder ensuring all compliance sign offs information is present and up-to-date.
I am currently looking for a challenging new career path in H.R as this has been the aspect I have always enjoyed the most in my previous rolls and would like the opportunity to gain more experienc in this field and develop this skill to a high level.
