I am a confident and easy going person who gets on well with others. I play golf at my local club and also enjoy running to keep myself fit. In 2023/24 I took a year off work to travel with my wife, visiting many countries and experiencing their lifestyles and cultures.
30 years experience working in a variety of factory environments, knowledgeable in SOPs, 6 sigma system and lean manufacturing. Able to work as part of a team, also worked as a mentor/trainer in previous roles.
On the job training, my last role took me to Woodchester to learn new machines in order to bring the line back to Miskin. I was then tasked to train people when the line was relocated back to Wales.
