Project Manager/Site Manager - JLL (Rolls-Royce) - Barnoldswick

Deliver intermediate capital projects ranging from £50k-£5m within live operational Rolls-Royce manufacturing facility. Played a key role in the £4m relocation project (2023-2024) involving the transfer of manufacturing, office, storage facility from an old weaving mill to existing more modern steel portal frame manufacturing facilities. The project was completed on time, within budget and with no disruption to production.
Currently involved in a £7m site consolidation programme, relocating the Ghyll Brow site into the Bankfield site. All works carried out under notifiable CDM regulations, contributing to the development of the Construction Phase Plan and project documentation. Regularly attend planning and coordination meeting with Rolls-Royce project teams, production managers and production leaders and other stakeholders to ensure safe and efficient project delivery.
Rolls-Royce designated Contractor Supervising Officer (CSO) ensuring safety compliance, permit issuing, site management, communication and site inspections are all carried out to the Rolls-Royce control standard of Control of Contractors.
