I am currently employed as a Care Home Administrator at Cliftonville care home- part of Avery Healthcare.I joined the company back in January this year. My responsibilities includes ( but doesn't limit to) financial assistance, debt collection, recruitment, resident admissions, payroll, staff rota preperation.
My previous job role was Guest Relations Manager at Hilton Northampton from December 2022 to January 2024. I was given a promotion from Duty Manager with in a short span of time as I had joined the company back in 2021 as receptionist.The job role liased between different departments in smooth functioning of the hotel on a daily basis. I also served as second in charge to the front office team. The role helped me in improving my communicaton skills and team leading skills.
