I am a hardworking, enthusiastic, reliable, responsible and honest individual. I am highly self-motivated and able to work well within a team and independently using my own initiative. I work well under pressure and I am a friendly, approachable person with excellent communication skills.

I have a creative mind and enjoy new challenges. I am currently seeking employment in the customer service industry. I have experience of working well with a variety of people with different abilities, cultures and backgrounds.

I feel I would be an asset and a great team player as well as giving a positive reflection of any company I am successful in securing employment with and its values.

I held a volunteer position with Engage Leeds; I worked with isolated people with various difficulties/health conditions assisting them to pursue opportunities to have meaningful engagement in the community. I assisted them to engage by accompanying them to places that were enjoyable for them, as well as challenging. Each clients' needs varied and I worked with them to achieve their own personal goals.
