- Share the Buy plan approval to Internal team
- Once buy plan approved cross check the whether the article codes are created or not in ERP
- If Article codes are created check the vendor mapping cost upload is done or not
- If vendor mapping and cost upload is done then start to make the PO process and share the PO excels to the brand
- Make a content sheet for those articles and share to the team
- Once content release then need to share to finance team for final PO release
