I am a business change leader and an experienced Agile Coach and Certified Scrum Master trained in SaFe 5.0 and Spotify Agile Practices. I was an Agile Coach at Jaguar Landover, Nationwide Building Society, NHS, and, most recently, HSBC.

I have 20+ years’ track record of successful management and experience in delivering change programmes inDigital transformation, Intelligent Automation and Cognitive solutions, and managed IT serviceswithin banking, insurance, manufacturing, healthcare, utilities, logistics and supply chain in UK, Europe and USA.

In my recent role at HSBC, I was responsible for delivering a full lifecycle of software development across multiple “Pods” for a in-house GenAI product.

At Jaguar Land

Rover, I was responsible for the entire engagement journey to take several squads from initial engagement, quarterly planning, regular sprint planning, retrospectives and showcase for their MVPs. During my role at JLR I have been able to move three squads from being new to Agile to “performing” independently where a dedicated coach is not required.
