An effective communicator and experienced manager of people; I currently oversee the operational delivery of business administration services providing support to Peterborough City Council Children's Services (13 years). Business Support Account Manager

• Responsible operationally for ensuring the back-office administration & processes across Children’s Services run effectively.
• Working with the client to ensure service meets the clients needs and ultimately the end service user (PCC residents).
• Line Management support to Team Managers (3 managers / 80+ staff)
• People Management - In compliance with relevant policies and procedures to support staff such as performance & development, reward, absence management, recruitment and selection and disciplinary procedures.
• Active in the support and implementation in new ways of working, driving efficiency and change where appropriate whilst ensuring that the impact of any change is assessed thoroughly.
• Identifying and submitting proposals for additional work, providing costs and submitting financial returns for income generated.
• Working within the budget envelope to resource to the needs of the service
