Working in retail industries learn be more confident and earn knowlege and skills. From bring a cashier dealing with cash and credit card, refund and exchange. I also learn to provide advice and support to customer need and dealing with merchsndise by making sure that product are well displayed and followed by planogram and check the ptice and barcode.
I also learn to work in various department and working in industry like mothercare and paperchase with many store where i have played acting supervisor.
I am currently studying at university of west scotland as in business management degree.
I have study various course in the business study from entry level to level 2.
