A caring, outgoing and trustworthy person looking to pursue a change of career. I have recently undertaken training to support my goal of working within a learning environment and becoming a SEND Teaching Assistant. I have a passion for helping and supporting children to learn and develop and have personal experience of supporting family members with SEND needs.
I understand the importance of following strict school policies and procedures as well as maintaining the safety of children in my care through safeguarding. I have the ability to manage and prioritise my workload and enjoy the challenge of new tasks. Previous roles have allowed me to demonstrate my ability to work well under pressure whilst remaining calm.
I am self-motivated and always working to the best of my ability. Enthusiastic about learning new skills and building on previous experience.
