IT system admin

• Installing, Configuring, Managing Windows, Mac, Linux, printers and IT inventory.
• Administrating data and network security including Firewalls, AV, Group Policy and Email 
• Configuring File Server, sharing and permission management
• Configure, diagnosing, repair, replace and troubleshoot Hardware and Network system
• Configure and managing Microsoft 365, Office 365 and google workspace for different level of end users.
• Preparing IT budget estimation, planning and schedule work according to organization
• Testing and configuring end point devices before final deployment.
• Providing end user support and training for end users.
• Assisting IT service desk for complex IT issues.
• Implementing Call centre software to manage customer support and VoIP implementation and support for internal communication.
• Manage the weekly and monthly KPIs.
• Meeting with the BOD, senior management and third party service providers for further plans and implementations as well as IT matters.
• Schedule Backup management and testing
• Updating technical documentation
