Summer Hancock

Although I do not have any prior experience in waiting for restaurants I know I would be a great addition to the team at palazzo. I possess many social skills and feel comfortable and confident speaking to guests, advising what food to order and upselling customers on certain items. I eat very frequently at your establishment therefore I believe I am more than able to assist customers on their meal choices to ensure they have the best experience possible.

I possess qualities such as great time management and organisation skills which I have become equipped with whilst attending BASICS JUNIOR THEATRE SCHOOL and taking part in the shows there. Those shows have taught me to be organised with costumes and and staging whilst learning lines quickly and remembering choreography taught me important time management. I am a very fast and eager learner I have tremendous listening skills and I believe that I will pick up training rapidly.

I have never worked in a restaurant prior to this however I do have a good understanding of hygiene and food preparation from places like my school as I was consistently taught about proper food prep and things such as being careful about cross contamination. I believe I would be a great addition to your wait staff.
