Waitressing/Cleaning - Papa Pandas

At Papa Panda's, I completed a trial of work experience each Sunday. I did 3-4 hours of service, such as approaching customers and cleaning dishes, and learning how to use the tills.

Customer Service/Cleaning - The Pizzeria

At the pizzeria, I was working late night shifts. As a cleaner, I was responsible for wiping tables and cleaning flooring after each customer. I also supported the kitchen team by washing up. Within my customer service role, I served customers on the tills, calculated receipts, taking customer order, and serving food. When there were staff shortages, I supported the kitchen team by supporting the chef in preparing meals.
