I have been fortunate to gain experience in a variety of roles that include people management and business development. I have gained over 6 years of experience in business management and financial roles from various organisations and believe it will prove as a valuable addition. I am a highly motivated professional with excellent communication skills (IELTS band score 9 & PTE Academic score 90) and experience in customer service from various industry backgrounds (Business management, Administration, Finance and Hospitality sector).

I have held responsibilities which have proved to be reliable, hardworking, focused and constantly developed on my skill set. My excellent networking skills have provided my team with vital client leads, and my ability to develop client relationships has resulted in an increase in business renewals for my previous organisations.

Based on my qualifications and previous experience of working in fast paced environment, handling administrative tasks and customer service (NVQ level 2 – managerial status). Being a very enthusiastic and keen learner, I am willing to undertake any further trainings required to perform the duties and responsibilities of this job to its best.

Tech savvy with good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), excellent numerical skills, fine negotiator and finance manager, I always organise, plan, prioritise my work and meet deadlines.
