Charity fundraiser - DTV optimise

I contributed to raising funds for different charitable organisations, that were in partnership with dtv optimise, receiving inbound calls as well as making outbound calls to customer who were interested in the charitable organisation.

Being at the frontline of customer service, it consists of receiving inbound calls and making some outbound calls to customer who are experiencing problems with billing issues or questions needing answering health advisor - NHS-11 HUC

Being the first point of contact for patient when they dial 111, it would up to me to deliver advice to patients. There would be a wide range of calls that would be triggered in which I would then provide safe and effective assessments and non-clinical advice using the NHS pathways system.
