I'm an experienced Conversational AI Developer with a passion for crafting AI-powered chatbots. My journey has taken me through all aspects of chatbot creation, from diving deep into client needs, training the chatbot's NLP skills, designing engaging conversational flows, and ensuring smooth implementation to conducting meticulous QA testing and keeping a watchful eye on conversations for analysis and improvement.

Currently, I'm on a continuous learning path, studying programming at NTV to enhance my technical skills. Simultaneously, I'm pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at the University of Akureyri, balancing my love for technology with a solid foundation in business administration.

• Developed and managed a chatbot for Vodafone Iceland and Stod 2, involving custom API integration and NLP training.
• Conducted client needs assessments, consistently training the chatbot’s Natural Language Processing (NLP) capabilities, designing and refining conversational flows, and overseeing their effective implementation.
• Maintained a pivotal role in conducting rigorous quality assurance (QA) testing, closely monitoring ongoing conversations, and conducting in-depth analysis to continuously refine and elevate the chatbot’s performance.
• Facilitated Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to assess and improve the chatbot performance.

• Contributed to the establishment of a telecommunication company targeting a younger demographic, a collaboration between 101 Production and Syn.
• Played a key role in bringing the brand “101 Sambandid” to life, contributing to a unique concept. 
• Assisted in crafting the website texts and design, enhancing the overall user experience (UX). 
• Created a chatbot for 101 Sambandid on Facebook Messenger, playing a pivotal role in its development.
