My nickname is Oui, I like to work in teams that work well together. I am good at mastering quite difficult food preparation with some practice. I have a great eye for detail when it comes to keeping the kitchen area clean and hygienic for the preparation of healthy, safe and tasty food for customers.
My main cooking experience is in Asian food (mainly Thai) but I am learning other styles for my family.
I have a teenage son and so I am keen for shifts and/or vacations that can fit with his school schedule.
In the past I managed whole teams in the hotel business in Thailand and would like to work my way to management eventually.
My English is better that most foreign nationals but not perfect yet.
