I am trained in earwax removal, microsuction and warm water irrigation, I am level 3 Itec qualified Reflexologist, Seated Acupressure massage, Reiki and other holistic Therapies, I have six years housekeeping experience in care homes and four years as head housekeeper. I have basic computer skills, reception, customer service experience, retail experience, GDPR knowledge, I have completed dementia training and other courses related to care homes. I have level 3 supporting teaching and learning in schools and CPD in Autism Awareness and SEN.
