I have experience in a broad range of corporate transactional matters including international M&A, private equity and venture capital investments and fundraisings, joint ventures and corporate advisory work. I also have experience in hotels and hospitality-related transactions including hotel acquisitions and disposals, hotel operator appointments, branded residences arrangements and structuring of mixed-use developments with hospitality components.
