The project involved evaluating the quality of ultra-filtrated water in the softener system and determining the optimal set points for softener panel programming. Daily rainwater precipitation data was regularly updated using manual methods, WeatherLink, and Rain Logger software. Various water parameters were tested, including color, turbidity, iron, magnesium, manganese, calcium, total dissolved solids, total suspended solids, bacterial counts, and hardness.
The team communicated with suppliers and the engineer in charge to provide project updates and prepared detailed reports on installation proposals, standard operating procedures, and cost analysis for water consumption.
