I am a graduate honours student, who is striving to seek a permanent job role as a professional Architect Technologist. During my time in university, I have developed a wide range of excellent technical skills and knowledge, such as detailed drawings of plans, elevations, SUDS plans and details with further high quality of designs in Revit, and an adequate understanding of some building regulations. With these skills, I believe my contribution towards future projects can make a big impact in the construction and architecture industry.
I am a hard-working individual, and have outstanding team working and communication skills. I aim to successfully complete any task I undertake in a qualified manner.
Third Year (2021 - 2022) Digital Design Practice with Existing Buildings
Conducted a site survey on BCU School of Arts and was able to digitise this on Revit.
Created a design-based proposal for a development project, which seeks to respond to a range of sustainable challenges.
Conducted in-depth research online for my dissertation, which discusses ‘The Effects of Indoor Environmental Quality on Work Productivity and Human Health in Commercial Buildings’
This project was divided into 3 sections.
Successfully completed four portfolio tasks.
Demonstrated how new constructions can affect pestle, which gave me an insight of an Architect Technologist job. This was an amazing opportunity to gain more experience on this.
Integrated Digital Design – Commercial
Converted the BCU City South Campus from an office space to a teaching space for students. Followed the BIM Execution Plan in order to successfully achieve this on Revit. Successfully produced some technical detail drawings.
