Recently, at London Borough of Newham I played a key role in delivering the NEC Document Management project which involved replacing an outdated system with a more modern and robust solutions. Using the Agile methodology, I led stakeholder engagement, carried out comprehensive needs assessments, managed sprint cycles and facilitated training workshops for over 400 staff members on the usage of the new system. Beyond training, I created multiple versions of user guides tailored to different service needs and produced a series of short instructional videos to support ongoing digital onboarding and user engagement.
This project demonstrated my strong research capabilities and commitment to improving services through digital innovation.
Throughout my career, I have conducted impactful research and evaluations using structured datasets to explore service usage trends, measure the outcomes of Govt. grants distribution and assess the effectiveness of various resident support programmes. I developed evidence-based reports that informed strategic decisions. I am proficient in using Advanced Excel, SharePoint, Google Analytics Infogram and Power BI.
I am skilled in using data visualisation tools to design interactive dashboards that translate complex data into clear actionable insights using plain English content for diverse audiences.
