I am a practical individual who has always enjoyed getting stuck into work and being able to see what difference I can make. I enjoy making and repairing things and enjoy looking at new ways of repairing and restoring items.
I have excellent communication skills and enjoy liaising with suppliers, colleagues and clients. I like to ensure that I understand what is expected of each role so that I can fulfill the skills that I need to. I am a highly organized person who likes to make detailed lists of the jobs that are needed to be done daily and I am very thorough and ensure that as far as reasonably possible these tasks are completed.

· Power tripping investigation, change light fitting, replace taps, repair door closers, replace toilet seats, dismantle/assemble equipment.
· Sprinklers – Test pumps and run system, Fire Alarm Test, L8.
· Check equipment on plant deck is running and no error codes or leaks (gas boilers, rainwater harvesting, water pumps, BMS panel, AHU).
· Check tills conveyor belts to ensure running correctly. Investigate issues and complete basic repairs.
· Utilities check (toilets, sinks etc.) to ensure flushing, toilet seats not loose, taps work, draining correctly etc.
· Emergency lighting test monthly, Weekly Generator test.
· Fire extinguisher and fire door check.
· Using a CAFEM System.
