Oceonix Services is fully owned subsidiary of Global Transportation Fund, to provide ship management control service for the 60 ships owned by Fund. We look after owner's interest globally and manage various technical managers which are appointed to manage these ships. As HSQE & Marine Manager I oversee a fleet of over 76 ships include, LNG, LPG, Product Tankers, Bulk Carriers, Containers, Car Carriers, In Land Barges, Supply Vessels.
- Overview vetting assurance and all third-party inspections to maintain the fleet performance and enhance their commercial viability.
- Liaise with industry clients and authorities on behalf of owner and supervise all vetting and marine assurance activities.
- Being part of new build team conduct, discuss the technical specifications, and arrange resources and machinery for new build LNGC and MR tankers. All the ship's built are dual fuel to meet latest SOX and NOX requirement a stipulated by IMO.

- Coordinating and Liaising with Vessel's Fleet Manager & Technical Manager and Reporting to Managing Director for voyage issues including disruptions and strategic efficient solutions to all such issues.
- Dealing with P&I clubs and acting as company representative for all cases concerning cargoes. This include cargo losses, demurrage claims, cargo contaminations etc.
- Conducting Navigation and SMS/ISPS audits fleet wide and following up all the reports, also coordinating as part of Emergency Response Team for incidents, accidents in ports, at sea and incidents/accidents of third parties on board fleet vessels.
- Annual planning of dry docking for the vessels due in respective year, preparing dry dock specification and budget in close liaison with vessel managers and attending of dry docking to ensure all jobs carried out as required.
