I currently work in a busy hospitality environment, where I have developed strong customer service, communication and teamwork skills. I work both behind the bar and on the floor, giving me experience in different areas of the business and helping me become confident working in a fast-paced environment like my other job. My responsibilities include serving customers, operating the till, preparing and serving food and drinks, and completing bar opens and closes.

I have also received training in food safety, health and safety and the correct use of cleaning products and protective equipment. Regular refresher training is set and has helped me understand the importance of following workplace procedures and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety. Working in a busy environment has also taught me how to remain calm and professional during busy periods, while continuing to provide good customer service and respond appropriately to any concerns.

During my time working at Greggs, I developed valuable experience working in a busy customer based environment. My role involved serving customers, operating the till, preparing food and working with other team members to complete tasks efficiently. This helped me become more confident communicating with different people and taught me the importance of working professionally as part of a team.
