Fermentation Scientist with a PhD in Chemical Engineering and over a decade of experience in bioprocess development and bioprocess optimisation. I specialise in microbial fermentation using both conventional and waste-derived substrates, and I have deep expertise in Design of Experiments (DoE), statistical data analysis, and sustainability-driven process development.
I currently work at Colorifix Ltd., where I focus on optimising microbial dye production using cutting-edge bioreactor systems. I am experienced with Ambr® 250 and 1–5 L bioreactors and currently undergoing pilot-scale training.
