My name is Talmud Bah and I’m an international consultant in emotional wellbeing, trauma-informed engagement, mindfulness, behaviour change, Implicit bias, performance coaching, equality, inclusion and diversity, mentoring, facilitation, wellbeing and professional /personal development.
I have a trauma-informed open communication style, which enables me to explore sensitive and challenging subjects with empathy and non-judgement. Organisational development and culture are at the heart of my practice, as strategic and progressive change, is born from metacognition – the thinking behind the thinking, emotional intelligence, cultural competency, decision-making, and behaviour change.

TMGB INNOVATIONS works with organisations to build high performance, innovation, and wellbeing by fostering inclusive thinking, equality, equity and diversity, inclusive leadership, and inclusive cultures. TMGB supports organisations in building Inclusive frameworks/Inclusion governance frameworks - ensuring accountability for progress; maximising potential – creating new inclusive leaders, talent-led cohesive teams, and inclusive pipelines.
I have been a consultant on the impact of developing healthy mindsets, emotional intelligence and understanding micro-inequities to the Directorate of Education for Greenwich, international NGOs and charity directors, as well as construction and corporate partners such as MACE, KPMG, SDCL (Sustainable Development Capital) and BlackRock.
