I have over 10 years experience of being an attendance officer, especially with SEND, SEN and young people struggling in behaviour.
I have spent these past 10 years working in alternative provisions where I have Ofsted and Quality Assurance experience.
I believe I have a strong knowledge of Safeguarding and willing to take on DSL training if needed.
I also have a qualification in Business Administration Level 2
