I am Movement Psychotherapist based in London
Nov 2023-April 2024 This short term Therapy project was subcontracted and supervised by Davina Holmes at a school. I ran group DMP sessions with a sibling group and pair sessions with a child and their TA. The work I do with families and within schools has a family focused and systemic approach.
The sibling group sessions were post domestic violence & family split trauma and the sessions with the pair work was centered around attachment and autism support.Sept 2020-July 2021 Provided Creative Psychotherapy sessions to young people with disabilities/developmental trauma and later facilitated wellbeing sessions (group/individual) focused on self-confidence, self-awareness, regulation, navigating transitions, and exploring all aspects of their wellbeing.January 2020- July 2020 Provided psychotherapy sessions to children and families who have been affected by sexual trauma. The sessions allowed children and young people to communicate in ways that come most naturally to them, to process what they have experienced and overcome trauma.
