During my work experience at Henry Moore Primary School, I supported teachers and pupils throughout the school day. This experience gave me valuable insight into a professional working environment and helped me understand the importance of patience, responsibility and effective communication. I learned how to work with children of different ages and abilities, adapt to new situations, and contribute positively as part of a team.

The placement increased my confidence when interacting with others and taught me the importance of being reliable, approachable and professional in the workplace.
