In my spare time, I enjoy learning by taking courses, keeping fit, running, going for walks, caring for rescue hedgehogs and spending time with my family. My children are now older, making me think I need a new challenge and a career change.

I worked for YSL, Elizabeth Arden, Clinique & Geurlain in various roles from Beauty Consultant to Account Manager. All the positions involved intensive training, meeting strict targets, calculating daily, weekly and monthly sales to achieve set targets, completing correspondence and relevant paperwork, and reporting the information directly to head office by strict deadlines. My duties also included product auditing to ensure our prices and stock levels were kept up to date.
I organised many events for each of the above companies one of the biggest was for Elizabeth Arden during London Fashion Week. I contracted in more consultants for the week to support our counter staff while I was on stage in the centre of the Mall, demonstrating live makeovers and commentating with a head Mic. I was nominated for an award for Elizabeth Arden for Best Newcomer and Most Improved Account.
I've dealt with many customer satisfaction issues, which I believe if you handle in the right way you gain a customer for life, and if dealt with in the wrong way, bad news will travel fast.
