We have been together for almost 2 years. We met and worked together in Langdale Hotel and Spa in the UK. In May last year, we moved to Newcastle for 3 months where we worked together in the same restaurant and lived together in Gina’s family home while saving money to relocate to Edinburgh. In Edinburgh, we have our Apartment together and spent the first 6 months working together in Seeds for the Soul, before Tanguy focused on his certification in hypnotherapy.
We love to work and live together and are familiar and comfortable with each other. We are very flexible and focused. Our different personalities complement each other and together we have a complete set of skills that make us a perfect match. Always supportive and wanting the best for one another, we praise, encourage, and value each other completely. We love spending time relaxing together or doing activities such as walking, sport, cinema, traveling, and spending time with friends.
We both love animals and are confident with any kind of animal, especially dogs. We are members of the dog sitting app Rover. Through the app, we have looked after several dogs, over days/weeks while their owners have been away. Both of us have also grown up with dogs at home. Tanguy in particular has a natural ability to connect with dogs.
We are both really good cooks and make a good team when it comes to cooking. Tanguy has many years of professional experience and Gina is inspired by ideas and dishes she finds in her cooking books. Together we are a perfect mix of ideas and processes.
Gina has more in-house skills, with all her experience as a waitress, supervisor, and housekeeper. Her smiley disposition and positive energy make her a very warm person to be around. She learns fast and genuinely wants to make your experience full of lightness and laughter. Gina loves art and drawing, she currently follows an online course specializing in portrait drawings. She is also learning French and how to drive and is expected to pass her driving license soon.
Tanguy has more of a process-oriented mind, with his studies and experience as engineer, and experiences as a chef. He loves goals, learning, and succeeding at things. He is an achiever with an advocate personality; he has a great understanding of people and wants the best for them.
His skills as a manager and therapist make him someone sensitive, empathetic, and someone who truly wills the best for you. Very creative and imaginative, he likes to have autonomy and be able to bring the initiative to what he does. He learns very fast.
He is intellectually and manually gifted, with construction experience from a young age due to growing up within a family construction business. Tanguy is the man for the external parts of the property, able to handle tools, gardening, DIY, maintenance, and chauffeuring.
We are both essentially looking for a long-term contract in a lovely family where our skills, experience, and personalities will be welcome and appreciated. We love traveling and discovering new parts of the UK and the World and will be open to any proposition.

Summary A positive individual, with lots of energy, a strong work ethic, and natural ease with people. I have 8 years of experience working in Hospitality; Bars, Restaurants, and Hotels. I am fully trained as a Barista and in Cocktails, with limited Wine training.
I have enjoyed working as a part of a team member as well as a leader/ supervisor. While working in a Hotel I also gained experience as a Housekeeper. The Hotel was a 5-star spa resort, with an exceptional standard and reputation for cleanliness.
More recently I have wanted to expand my skill range.
I started Nannying for a family in April, I look after their son Oscar (11 months) on Wednesday and Friday mornings. Oscar and I have built a strong bond in a short time, he loves cars, apples, and trains.
On the side, I started to work with Horny 4 Change- a sex-positive Instagram platform. My role is to create, organize and run events and workshops focused on providing better sex education to young adults and adults. To further my expertise within this area, I have achieved level 4 accreditation as an RSE (registered sex educator), with ACET UK.
I find this work inspiring and I would like to see societies' approach to teaching and communicating about sex and relationships change, to allow for more understanding of the complexities and nuance of the topic.
Common to all of the work experience I have is a dynamic environment where I can think creatively and interact with people. In tasks, I appreciate when I am allowed to show initiative, and the trust to work autonomously.

As a graduated Engineer, I converted to being a chef following an experience working in a restaurant in Australia. Following this discovery, I worked in fine dining restaurants in New Zealand. I returned to Europe to further my skills and knowledge in the culinary arts. I became a Sous Chef in France and then moved to the UK to work in a 5-star Hotel Resort. My last experience was as Head Chef in one of the 10 best vegan cafes in the UK. I would like to open my vegetarian restaurant one day.
I have many interests. Two years ago I was introduced to personal development. Last year, after dedicating resources, time, and energy to the coaching industry I began offering help to people as a Life Coach. Recently, I have achieved certification as a Rapid Transformational Therapy Practitioner and Hypnotherapist. Helping people became a passion alongside cooking.
I also have construction experience. My family's business is to build and/or refurbish houses. In Australia, I have been working for 6 months in construction with some experience as a gardener and landscaper.
I started driving at 16 years old and got my driving license on my 18th birthday. I have been driving since, with strong experience and a love for driving any type of car in any country.
I was born in France and have been traveling around the world for the last 6 years. I am fluent in French and English.
