I am an adaptable individual who is prepared to do what it takes to complete the set tasks. I am a curious person and would like to meet new people and get to know them better. I have developed skills in my time at placement. I am a motivated and caring person who is hands on experience in both customer service and health and social care settings. I can learn more from mirroring other colleagues and they can help me with developing my skills further.

Work experience member at Tom Filed (2024-11 – 2026-05)

During my work experience at a care Centre for adults with disabilities, I provided support to a wellbeing colleague, directly assisting them with daily living activities. My primary focus was to ensure that every participant remained safe, comfortable, and engaged throughout the activity. This involved carefully monitoring the environment, encouraging the proper use of protective equipment (PPE) when handling items that posed a potential risk, and proactively identifying and mitigating any hazards to prevent accidents.

• During my work experience, I supported the wellbeing team by assisting residents with daily activities. I played a role in maintaining a safe environment by supervising participants and ensuring the correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE) whenever tasks involved potential hazards
