Having worked in various parts of the Engineering + Manufacturing field for around 7 years, I've built a highly adaptable skill set including: Planning highly critical API BSL Level 1,2+3 work for Subsea/Offshore and Petrochemical jobs, Root Cause Analysis, BS EN 10204 3:1 + 3:2 Certification, Internal Auditing, working with Specialist Metallic Coatings, Creating critical CAD drawings + Mezzanine quotes to reconciliation reports, sales ledgers and invoices for a Cement + Grab hire company. Previous to this I was in the hospitality business, roles including Supervisor to Management of well known and high volume establishments. Booking and calendar management, running shift and always quick thinking.
Being solely responsible for 108 room hotel at a time and working in the restaurant world also.
