As a Customer Assistant required interacting with consumers and being informed about the newest trends, promotions, and deals the company was offering. I used my communication and problem-solving abilities effectively address and answer consumers' everyday queries. Through the Sparks card, I also kept up with M&S's new product introductions and marketing initiatives, which allowed me to gain a thorough understanding of how the company engages with its clients.
