I’m a warm and outgoing person who loves to see people thrive. I apply my long term experience in both academic and community settings to support people’s wellbeing in 1-1 and group settings .I’m a newly qualified Life coach and enjoy facilitating experiences that shift people into the direction of their dreams. I aim to make the individuals I work with feel at ease and I support them holistically with a person centred approach that puts them and their needs at the centre. I also combine my experience as a teacher with my background in Psychology and SEN to ensure the needs of students/clients are being met with compassion, clarity and encouragement .
My background is in teaching and wellbeing and I combine these into my love for personal development. As a previous wellbeing support worker , I have supported people from all walks of life and been commended for my 1-1 work and hosting community activities. I know how to respond to a variety of needs with patience, presence and curiosity. Those supported by me have reported feeling seen and a sense of deep care. My teaching experience is diverse and varies from SEN, teaching as an assistant and later teaching my own class and prioritise creating spaces where people feel safe and connected, and I aim to help all students and clients reach their full potential.
I have a passion for growth and self discovery for my clients and myself, so I continuously love to learn and expand my own mindset . As part of this I’m learning how to apply mind-body connection to build on my coaching qualification, as a mind- body holistic practitioner and I would love to learn more that can support those I work with. I also have a BSC degree in psychology and successfully received my teaching qualifications as a qualified TEFL teacher ( Teaching English As A Foreign Language) .
