Endoscopy Booking Coordinator at Kidderminster Hospital (2024-11 – 2026-04)

My role was to book in patients for there procedures, cancel appointments, rebook appointments, help members of the clinical team, answer the phone and deal with any queries that arise.

Receptionist at Worcestershire Royal Hospital (2022-04 – 2022-12)

I was working in the radiology department working on reception as well as doing Xray bookings and taking general call of enquiry duties include:

• Greeting patients that are attending the department.
• Booking patients in.
• Answering any enquiries patients may have and answering the phone.
• Booking appointments for the patients to attend the department for an Xray.

• Ensuring that all areas within the breakfast club were a safe space for playing and eating
• Communicating with parents/guardians when children are both dropped off
