- Act as the escalation point for all complaints and dealing with long standing legacy issues including latent defects, SC queries and arrears

Place is a high-end new development, comprising of 237 market apartments, including a private residents members club, an NHS Clinic, 54 affordable housing units and a school hall all of which were managed. The residents/club and facilities included a hotel style 24/7 concierge service, cleaning service, Gym, personal training and nutrition, food delivery, treatment room and spa, private screening room, conference and business suite, games/pool room.
- Managing the customer care team, overseeing the complete move in process, creating a bespoke snagging and move in pack
- Managing and dealing with the all defects/snags raised for all of the new build apartments, to oversee the defects team, creating and monitoring the defects procedure and liaising with the aftercare contractors and all residents
