I Studied Business Travel at the Giles Business Travel Academy from 2014 - 2015 and graduated with a CTH Diploma. Some of the modules included: VA1 Level 2 and VA2 Level 3 fares and ticketing certifications, Sales & Marketing, Events Management and Customer Service.
