Experienced in the care of elderly and adults in their own homes or residential care homes. As well those as with special needs or mental health conditions. Able to carry out duties of role and responsibilities personal care, helping with the morning routine, including preparing breakfast, assisting medication prompts, choosing clothes to wear, assisting service users shower/ wash and brush their teeth/ taking them for days out/ hospital appointment or to local clubs. Preparing meals and promoting person-centred care. Work inclusively, ensuring all service user is valued and able to promote diversity and equality in the workplace. As a team player, willing to attend training and team meetings.
