Taylor Patterson

I have worked across warehouse operations, logistics, stock control, ecommerce fulfilment and customer service, progressing from stockroom and dispatch roles into team leadership and warehouse management responsibilities. My experience includes coordinating inbound and outbound operations, managing stock accuracy, monitoring KPIs and SLAs, working with courier and 3PL partners, training colleagues and using warehouse management and inventory systems. I have led teams of up to 15 people and am comfortable combining hands-on operational work with responsibility for workflow, problem-solving and maintaining service standards.

As a warehouse and logistics professional with close to 10 years experience, i’ve built my career by being someone people can rely on to keep things moving, whether that means organising a busy workload, supporting colleagues, resolving an unexpected issue or stepping up to take greater responsibility. Over the years, I’ve moved into increasingly senior roles and discovered that I particularly enjoy bringing structure to fast-moving environments and helping people work effectively together. I’m now looking to build on that experience in a role where I can contribute operationally while continuing to grow as a leader.
