I'm a friendly and optimistic individual, who loves interacting with people. I'm hardworking and flexible to get things right for customers and play my part in a team. I bring my own unique personality, commitment and drive to everything I do.

I would consider myself a goal orientated person who enjoy working towards improving myself and my skills. My overall goal in life is to provide support and assistance to anyone who needs it. I am passionate about living a healthy happy lifestyle, and would love to use my skills to help others achieve the same.

My experience in Schuh has allowed me to improve on my upselling skills as to meet our targets we must talk with our customer to understand their needs so we can offer other items to best suit them. I also have experience with working with a variety of different people from children to adults. It has also taught me a lot about stock levels and delivery and other stockroom responsibilities.

My role as a manager has helped me focus on my leadership qualities. As I am responsible for running a team, I am extremely comfortable working towards targets and driving sales where necessary. Additionally, I have learned a good manager encourages feedback and praise to exude the best performance within their team.

I also can make customer led decisions and provide the most efficient service for consumers. This role has allowed me to get more experience in areas such as cash handling, paperwork, merchandising, recruitment and training, expanding my abilities and setting me up for future endeavours.

Camp Counsellor at Camp America (2024-06 – 2024-08)

My time doing Camp America taught me a sense of responsibility. As I travelled to New York by myself I was able to open myself up to building new relationships and create memories that will last a lifetime. My role included taking care of the kids, from when they wake up until when they went to sleep.

As you are considered their responsible adult for the summer, I ensured their safety, wellbeing, and took them in as my own. This role taught me a sense of self confidence, patience, and resilience I couldn't have achieved elsewhere.
