• Ensuring all works to be carried out have the correct notice / permit / TTRO in place. Effectively managing a team of individuals to ensure the above goals are met.

• Managing a team of Project planners and noticing co-ordinators and maximising their workloads in line with the company’s requirements.
• Managing the noticing process, including opening, extending, and closing .
• Dealing with reported defects in a timely manner, ensuring the company receive no fixed penalty notices (FPNs) from local authorities.
• Ensuring all projects are closed out effectively, with registrations registered with the local authority in a timely manner.
• Liaising and building strong relationships with local authority's around the whole of the UK.
• Learning all individual processes of each local authority.
• Producing reports where required.
