I have learnt a lot of skills, from education and work, to ensure I can deliver these in everyday life. I ensure to remain organized, prioritize my workload and create regular to do lists. Ensuring I can organize and structure my routine to achieve my goals.
My diverse jobs allowed me to flourish as a person and find my passion in life. I realized I enjoy helping others, being the fresh air, some people need. I enjoy working on projects and taking on challenges.
I enjoy taking on different challenges and learning new skills in life. I like pushing myself and working within high paced environments. I manage my time effectively and balance my home life from work very well.

Dealt with international applicants within a high paced environment. Dealing with multiple calls and emails, helping 1000 applicants weekly. I ensured all applications were dealt with the same level of care, analyzing information given, helping queries by escalating or providing alternative routes to help.

Dealt with organizing meetings for governors, hosting events which involved prisoners, staff and the local communities. Dealing with managing the diary's, meeting minutes, arranging induction for new staff, training staff and other admin duties. I also held two large scaled events, involving the community and ensuring all the events where at a high level.
