I have been in data governance and data quality management for close to 10 years, within which I have worked in a number of organisations to improve existing practices and capabilities, implementing data and business strategy whilst managing a team and working closely with stakeholders.
I have also been able to set up capabilities within data governance, which speaks more into the strategic elements of the organisation: drafting policies which essentially serves as a mandate as to what to do with data and how to do it.
