I deal with customers, retailers and representatives via email and phone as part of a busy team of Customer Care Professionals. I confidently use Freshdesk for the emails and Glia for the phonecalls. I have received many bonuses in my monthly pay as well as praise from customers and quarterly nominations from our own staff.

Customer service is the ideal job for me because I enjoy helping people and solving puzzles. Some of the work is routine like account unlocks, but much of it is complex requiring me to reach out to other teams inside and outside 360insights. I would like to transition to a part time job to be able to provide more support for a relative.
