About
I am a personable, driven and commercially minded individual with experience across fashion retail and styling; visual merchandising; sales and customer service and brand development. As Assistant to the Creative Director at women’s fashion brand Busby & Fox, I worked across both the creative and commercial side of the business. From contributing to collection development and visual merchandising to styling customers and supporting day-to-day retail operations, I developed a strong understanding of how brand identity, presentation and customer experience work together to drive sales.
I have a genuine passion for fashion and a strong eye for styling and detail. Alongside my fashion experience, my experience in sales, management and running my own business has strengthened my commercial awareness and ability to build relationships, understand individual customer needs and work confidently towards KPIs and sales targets. I thrive in customer-facing environments and bring a positive, bubbly energy, initiative and strong communication skills, with a focus on delivering an engaging and personalised customer experience while contributing to the wider success of the business.
