I'm currentl a stay at home mum of 2, however after 10 years off to raise my daughters, I'm ready to return to work.
I have over 10 years experience in administration duties and customer services. I'm organised and have developed great leadership skills. I'm very adaptable and work well under pressure.
I'm looking forward to rejoin the world of employment.
I have vast experience with Microsoft Office, administration duties, customer service and data entry. For 3 years I was Checkout Services Manager where I was responsible for 15 staff. Overseeing rotas for 5 departments, planning holidays and managing staff attendance and training. Carrying out disciplinary procedures when necessary. I enjoy working under pressure, this is where I excel.
I have a Level 3 certificate in Counselling skills and Practice.
I'm currently completing level 2 in Business and Administration. I'm doing this as a refresher course, due to being out of work 10 years.
